So I am running Windows 10, I have just upgraded from and AMD R9 270x, to a GTX 970, but once I started up the PC, it stays on the bios screen for around 3 minutes, then takes a further few minutes to get onto the desktop. I have removed all drivers, installed CC cleaner, sorted out the registerys ect, enabled fast boot, but it still does it, I cant even enter the bios when the screen comes up for some reason. So yeah, any help guys?

Solution
Install ddu. Go to install new graphics card. (SELECT AMD FOR THE DRIVERS TO UNINSTALL) then press clean and shutdown. Reboot. If it's still not working do the same for nvidia. After it shuts down take the card out and then replace it firmly and secure all the wires. Turn the computer back on then install the latest drivers from nvidia's website.
