1 time i experienced a Windows Boot Manager failed to start, i just resetted it and it boot it up like normal but still slow

What is the cause of this annoying problem? a dying drive? how do i troubleshoot this?

I tried switching SATA ports / cable on my hdd it helped for like a month and i have this problem again which i had with this current drive.

I can say with near 100% certainty that your hard drive is failing. Almost everything you described is a symptom of a failing hard drive.

Add to those symptoms that bad sectors were found on the disk and there is no doubt about it. Back your data up ASAP before it fails completely.
