Slow start up

hi all

i currently have my system up to specs, as per my signature

the problem i is having is that when i turn on the computer, it takes ages to pass the post, which it does and the computer works fine after that.

what i have noticed though is that when it is trying to pass, i am able to hear my gfx card rev, like its trying to warm up before it starts, or cool, seeing as its the fan that revs...

have noticed this on an other system with the same (exact) gfx card, only was on a dq6 mobo, e8500.

if any one has or is experiencing this would u lets us know

it dosnt worry me much, its just i want to start the comp faster!

Check the settings in the bios, there is usually a setting to control how long it stays on the boot screen to let you get into bios before booting into windows.

Nope no option think its gfx related though if i took it out would probs start faster but i aint gona be doin that any time soon...
