I want to know what causes slow textures rendering in games? does it happen to all or its an issue?
my specs...7700k, gtx 1080, 16gb 3600mhz, evo 860 ssd

I want to know what causes slow textures rendering in games?

First of all, what all PC games are you talking about ? You mean to say the texture doesn't load properly in game's and the colors are also washed out as well ? On what screen resolution are you Gaming, 1080p ? Are you playing offline or ON LINE ?

Are the games installed on your SSD ? Try doing a CLEAN re-install of the GPU drivers. Use the DDU tool, and do it in safe mode.
