i m having bitrate issue in OBS studio
in Windows 7 the bitrate was stable in OBS.
today i downloaded streamlabs on mobile and kept the bitrate at 10000kbps
there was no problem, no buffer, no dropped frames
but in pc i use cat6 cable and i get unstable bitrate!!!
for example i kept my bitrate at 10000kbps
i get 2000 to 3000
plzzz send help!!!!!
