Slow Upload Speed on One PC.

This started happening a couple days ago, but for some reason my desktop has a slower upload speed, compared to the other computers in my house. We are supposed to be getting 50 download and 5 upload. Well every other computer in my house is getting that 50 down and 5 up, EXCEPT my desktop. My pc is only getting 50 down and .5 up.

EDIT: Another thing I have noticed is that around 4-6am, the upload is 2 mbps. But around 8pm-2am the upload speed goes to 0.2-0.5 mbps. But every other device has a constant speed of 5.5 mbps upload, no matter what time it is.

These are my pc specs. Could you please help!

Well - I'll be Captain obvious and ask: Did you update your network card driver recently?

That was my first thought to try was to update that, but it still had no effect on the speed. I even uninstalled the driver completely, restarted the pc, and let it re-install the driver. Still having the same problem. :/
