Hi everyone, i've hit a bit of a problem and I hope you can help.
I've noticed that my upload speed has dropped to about 7mbps (check via Speedtest.net). My desktop PC is connected via ethernet cable. I know its not the cable nor the router/ISP, as when I use the same cable via the laptop it runs at a upload speed of 30mbps.
Done a lot of the basics, checked anti-virus, malware, restarted router, my next step was to go for a clean install, but before I do that I thought I'd ask on here, see if anyone else can give any advice?
