Question slow web page loading need help

so I have 1gb up and down wifi and i'm running my pc through Ethernet and about a month ago it just started to be slow when looking stuff up on any browser. I didn't change anything in my pc. I put this under networking because I don't know if this is a computer issue or a network issue. i have Bitdefender on my pc as well its been on there ever since i built it. also have tried running malwarebytes and both come back with nothing on my pc. I don't know what the issue is and i would very much love some help.

full system spec? check the connection with other device?

use a dynamic IP address(a given ip address from the DHCP server on your router) and use the DNS 1.1.1.1, 1.0.0.1

My full system spec is
Ryzen 5 2600
MSI b350 pro vhd
24 GB of gskill ram 2 4gb sticks and 2 8gb sticks 2400
Gtx 1050ti
Nvme ssd 500gb Samsung 970 evo
Evga 750 watt power supply
And I have switched my DNS to 1.1.1.1, 1.0.0.1 and it doesn't help at all and the connection on my other devices seem to be find sometimes a little slow but not as bad as it is on my computer. If I do a speed test it shows that it's full speed 1gb up and down.
