Question slow wifi only on pc

my pc gets less internet speed than any other device in my house i have an internet of 70mb/s

pc speed:
21.95mbps download and 16.59mbps upload

ipad speed:
55.81mbps download and 17.12mbps upload

pc specs:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3210 CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.50GHz
64-bit
4gb ram

anyone know why or a fix? there is a wall between me and the router

You didn't provide any info on the WIFI adapter on the PC or the router you have. Can't help without more info.

If you don't know what make and model router you have, then it will be difficult to help you.
Is the WIFI adapter a USB, an internal card or built-into the motherboard? You should be able to see some info in Windows device manager.
