Hey,

Recently Windows 10 has been taking ages to load, compared to a few weeks ago.

What happens is that when I get to this screen
latest
It takes ages, around a minute on this screen, and the dots get slower and slower.

What puzzled me is that if I go into my Bios when starting my PC and navigate to Boot Override and click on my SSD, The windows boot screen lasts for about 10 or so seconds so its much faster.

I'm running a Samsung 840 Evo SSD 500Gb

Many thanks

Hello,

Try disabling any other boot option (ex: another HDD in order , pxe (network) ,etc) and make sure your bios is saving settings.
If that doesn't work update your motherboard's bios.
