So Guyz, i installed a fresh new Windows 7 on my Intel Xeon PC, fact is, when i buyed this PC, 3 years ago, it was extreamly fast, i mean, faster then now, so i expirience some slow stuff on my PC, i know it can be smoother and faster. I think its the HDD, so pls help me out. Dont know how to start this topic, ask me anything, i try to make this problem out with u, dont know what it is, my hdd is on RAID on on boot menu, i installed fresh new drivers with avast licensed driver update, i usually use it...thank u

Have you tried running your PC with Avast completely uninstalled (just for testing purposes as it slowed down my PC too until I removed it)? Disabling Avast won't do, you have to uninstall it to know for sure if it makes a difference to performance.

Also, if Defragmenter is not set to run automatically on a schedule, may need doing as heavily fragmented drive will perform slower.

Actually its faster with no antivirus and no windows expirience test, i am now on windows 10, diceded to uprage it via something, and it fits better, still not as fast as it was, but not so bad, the boot is still slow, and interface is kinda slow to, but faster then the windows 7
