Slow windows 7 startup

I just built a new PC about 6 months ago. It used to startup really fast (6 seconds from the ON switch to the desktop)(I have an SSD). Recently under the processes tab in windows task manager I accidentally ended a process and ever since then my PC takes about a minute to start.

You're gonna' have to find that process, because you could have disabled something from starting up in Windows. Also, try and find a program to test the performance of your SSD. Even though SSDs are not supposed to have issues, something may have conked out on you.

Core i7-3770k
G-Skill Ripjaws-X CL-9-9-9-24 (2x4GB)
Asrock Z75 pro3
No GPU yet....
700W Eton F22
64GB Sanddisk Extreme pro SSD
2TB Seagate Barracuda 7200.11

Finding that process is just the thing I need to know; but how?

Did you back up a System restore point recently? if so, try to revert it back to the previous state (make sure you save your current data).

use this http://www.glarysoft.com/ on advanced tools then system and start up and report back all the process that have a red line in the evaluation .
