[SOLVED] Slow Windows 7

I installed windows 7 32-bit over windows vista 32-bit. The computer was running fine. After I installed all the updates it started to run super slow and and long time to boot. I did a system clean up, all the updates, and disk defragment. Still slow. Any Ideas???? PLEASE HELP.

Need some details about the computer specs.
Doing an upgrade to the operating system can cause issues, you can try doing a clean setup instead.
