[SOLVED] Slow write speed with NVMe after extracting from archive?

Hey guys, I'm extracting the files of an archive (like 400MB) to a folder on my Desktop and I'm getting like 1-3MB write speed.

I benchmarked the NVMe and there shouldn't be any issues with it, Seagate Firecuda 520

My CPU is a Ryzen R9 3900x, so I can't see the CPU being the limiting factor either, and running with 32GB of RAM.

20846 files will not transfer anywhere near as fast as 1 400Mb file. And then I assume you are writing the files right back to the drive you are extracting them from.
I would have create an 8gb ram drive. made a copy of the zip file in there and then extracted from the ramddrive to the SSD.

Which NVME drive is this. potentially another source.
