Slowed down internet

Ever since i updated the nvidia drivers on my pc, the internet has slowed down, Mostly on video based websites like Youtube and 9gag, also loading videos on facebook takes longer. i have tried it on my parents pc and om my phone, it works fine there.
Any help?

Specs:
intel core i5 -7500 cpu 4 3.40GHz
Nvidia Geforce GTX 1060 6 GB
Prime B250-pro motherboard
16 GB RAM
Qualcomm Atheros AR922x Wireless Network Adapter

1| Make sure you're on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard.
2| Uninstall and reinstall the GPU drivers after downloading them from Nvidia's support site.
3| You might also want to uninstall and reinstall your wireless adapters's drivers.

for two weeks now i have been having issues with my PC, its the only device in the house that has slow internet speed, i can't watch Youtube video sin hd like i could before, also images and ads takes longer time to load in. I have tried everything, updating BIOS and chipset, running it through anti malware, spyware and virus programs and changing the DNS. is there any last hope out there is should i take it to a tech store?

down 40.5 mbps
up 39.6 mbps
mine:
down 0.95 mbps
up 0.14 mbps

specs:
Nivdia GeForce 1060 6GB
16 GB ram
tp-link tl-wn951n wireless PCI adapter
Asus prime b250-pro Motherboard.

Sometimes drivers just get corrupt.
Can you delete it and reinstall?
ZHPCleaner is a great malware finder
Have you tried Windows SAFE mode which loads up default drivers and do a test with that?

check that PCI adapter. Doesn't your pc have a built-in ethernet port?

for three weeks now my pc has been acting up, the internet is slow, but the other devices around the house is fine, online games are running smoothly, and in safe mode it operates normaly, i have been doing virus, mal and spy programs and nothing was found. any help?
