Slowed down programs with new Windows update for this month

My computer did an automatic update for my PC to this months Windows 10 update. Before the update my games and applications would run just fine. Now I tried opening up a game like PUBG or R6 and the program just takes for ever to even open. Do i need to reinstall Windows 10? or try to go back to the previous update?

I was wondering if you already tried updating the graphics driver after Windows update?

You may also want to Defragment C:\ and run the CHKDSK C: /R command to see if any of those helps.
