Slower boot and shutdown after overclocking

Hey guys i really need help ive been trying to find the answer for this but i cant seem to find out how to fix this. So basically i overclocked my pc and i didnt really see any improvements so i set everything back to default. And then i noticed that my boot and shutdown were like 3 seconds slower than usual. And it looked like my pc was kinda booting for the first time and what i mean by that is that i i saw like the komplett logo on my monitor when it booted up. And when i log into my pc there is a minimized black window that pops up at top of my screen for 1 second. Please guys help me fix this

I don't know you are measuring 3 seconds vs 1 second. Thats still well within "Good" for any computer.

I know but i still want it fixed

You can't. I don't think overclocking had anything to do with "the drive" slowing down "2 seconds"

Ok but any ideas on what caused it then?
