Question Slower download speeds on main computer

I tested the same cord on my laptop and get a much higher speedtest rate. Main computer reaches 200 Mbps while my laptop reaches over 800 Mbps easily. The upload speeds are just the same.

My network ports are:

main computer- Intel Gigabit CT PCI-E Network Adapter EXPI9301CTBLK / realtek PCIe GbE

laptop - realtek PCIe GbE


I'd appreciate any help as I'm just frustrated with the issue.

I'm experiencing the same thing but with two PCs, I've tried switch ethernet cables, turning off all other devices, resetting the router, and I can't really think of anything else that I can do.
The speeds are 400 Mbps on one, and 100 Mbps on mine. Previously I was getting max download speed but not anymore and I don't understand why. we have the same CPU, GPU and RAM.
