[SOLVED] Slower than it should be?

Hi,

My wife bought a laptop for office work at home, and while I totally understand it's not a powerhouse, the laptop is running incredibly slowly. Images takes ages the load, as do documents.

Here's a speccy breakdown:

A recently did a fresh install of Win10, but it didn't do much.

Any ideas?

yeah, only 4gb and 5400 hdd.
