Slowest computers ever

where is the slowest computer in the world

I have one at my house. It's shut off, you can wait forever for a document to open, an it never will. Nothing slower than that.

This is like asking where is the shortest blade of grass in the world, or maybe where is the ant is with a missing leg and a green eye that once ate a moth.
