SM Bus Controller driver isn't installed

Windows will not find the driver automatically. Is it important if you are not running the system on the chipset, or does it related to chipset on the mother board? I am using an Msi gaming 5 with z97 chipset and an intel i-7 4790k processor (as well as a gpu, not running the system on the built in graphics on the chipset, if thats relevant)

Here is the info for SMBus controller driver http://www.intel.com/support/chipsets/inf/sb/CS-013541.htm and it comes with the intel chipset driver, you don't have to install it, but I recommend to install it, because the chipset driver comes with other drivers too, like pcie, memory, etc controller driver http://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/public/us/en/images/diagrams/z97-chipset-diagram.png
