Just got a samsung2494hm and the power button needs to be pressed hard in order for it to work.
Called up samsung and they say that the monitor controls only need to be slightly brushed or touched gently with the tip of your finger. all the controls except the power button do not require you to press them so hard. I was wondering if anyone who also has a 2494hm could tell me how well there controls work and if the power button on there monitor requires a hard press in order for it to work (by hard I mean I have to hold the back of the monitor while pressing it, if I don't hold it the monitor would just spin around on its stand.... seems strange for something touch sensitive).
I plan on sending this monitor back because two people in my house have trouble turning the monitor off and on, and if the button is working badly now I have a bad feeling they will probably die altogether shortly.
