SM951 512gb OEM AHCI or Transcend 110s 500gb NVMe or HP EX900 500gb NVMe

I am very confused after searching alot of stuff on internet about M2 SSDs.
which one should i buy?
why SM951 AHCI version is still costly than 110s Transcend and HPEX900?
I am a software developer and also use editing software Adobe After Effects and Adobe premier etc.
I need some technical differences between these SSDs.
Which one will be faster and durable in every type of tasks.

There are threads here that show the OP to do tonnes of research and find out that they were fixated on the SSD's make and models that they didn't realize the slot wasn't there to begin with on their motherboard. For the sake of reference, can you list your specs like so:

If it's just about SSD's I'd choose the HP.
