Hello guys I'm new to the community and to PC building. So today I finished my first pc build. However Ive run out money and didn't get the monitor to test the computer. Anyway everything seems to be working fine the computer starts although without Mobo beep probably bcz can't post without monitor but whenever I touch a metallic part of the case I can feel a light shock thats not static. Is it serious what should I do?All the computer parts are brand new.

Is it continuous?
If you don't think it's static...this is not good.
If you are feeling this....either the case isn't grounded well or you aren't grounded well....and odds are....it's the case...and even if the case wasn't grounded you shouldn't have this stray voltage.

Check the case ground. Best guess is that it's floating.
