Question Small atx cases?

I need something that is just big enough to house a single pcie card. It will be relatively low powered undervalued and under clocked ivy bridge. So heat won't be huge issue. Add in card is 4x Intel NIC (also low powered)

In my experience, that's pretty tough to find.

Last I checked nearly any ATX case was at least 17 inches in at least 1 dimension. Might be a few out there, it's been 2 or 3 years since I gave it a good look.

Maybe one of those skinny narrow cases that OEMs like Dell or HP sometimes use....which most home builders would be desperate to avoid?

Micro ATX gives you more choices, but I assume you are already committed to full ATX.

Can you supply the make/model of the parts to be inside?
What would be the purpose of the x4 nic card?

It's old recycled hardware to be used as a secondary pfSense box. The nic can be configured as a half height card. It will be tucked away in the corner next to the cable modem, but I don't want it to be obvious.
