[SOLVED] small black dot, like a bruise, on monitor?

Dunno where it came from, but there's a black dot and some darker shading in a square around it in the lower middle bit of my monitor... already looked a little into dead pixel things, but not sure what I'm doing or how to fix, if that's what it is? (When sharing screen on like Discord, my friend could also see the spot)

Well normally that would point to some sort of physical damage to the monitor, but you said your friends can see it when you do screen sharing?? That would mean its some program thats creating the spot, and should be reproduceable on different monitors.
