Question Small Color Pixels on The Screen

Hello Guys;
Yesterday,I realized this small color pixels on the screen.
Here is screenshots

• its only happening at apps like opera or steam not on the desktop
• yesterday i changed my monitor still happens so the problem is not monitor
• i changed my hdmi cable still happens
• i upgraded and downgraded the gpu driver ,reinstalled windows

i think you guys might be help me, thanks in advance.

Remove and reseat the GPU. Check monitor cables. If problem persists GPU could have artifacting issue

removed gpu still same issue but dont have pink pixels any more they have turned light blue now
can psu cause this artifacts

Sounds/looks like the VRAM has issues. Try downclocking the Video RAM and see if it fixes it.
