Solution
Normally, you use a aftermarket cooler if you have a hot cpu or are overclocking.
In this case, a good dual core is sufficient for your application.
I might suggest a i3-4330. It is a lowish power 54w cpu with good integrated graphics.

Integrated graphics can benefit from faster ram; I suggest 1.5v DDR3 1866 ram, probably a 2 x 4gb kit.
The stock Intel cooler is usually plenty. Only under very heavy loads will it spin up enough to be noisy.
The space available is 100mm. You could read this web site and look for one of the better low profile coolers.
Look for one with a fan larger than 92mm.

Unless I am mistaken...

If you are on a strict budget go for the Pentium G3258 & Cooler Master GeminII S524 combination, as this is going to be a multimedia one & the G3258 does all great overclocking capabilities in case you wanna try it in future ... ! just my thought :)

Unless I am mistaken, your motherboard supports a M.2 ssd, not mSATA.
If you will use it for the "C" drive, look for 128gb at least. 80gb will fill up too quickly.
