Question Small form factor gpu selection. Which to buy?

Hi, im looking for a small form factor gpu (perferably single fan gpu) so that my gpu isnt taking up half the space in my build. I also want to water cool by doing it ghetto style or making a custom bracket. My budget is 100 dollars or lower. I dont want low tier stuff like gt 710. Thanks in advanced! (Used gpus are acceptable and will perfer amd).

What is your case?
What is the cpu and class of gpu that you want to use?

In a small form factor case, I would look for a graphics card with a blower cooler that gets heat directly out the back of the case.
