Hello, I have a aging PC, over 5 years old with only a new GPU and SSD (ill be reusing the SSD in my new pc).

I want to go all out and build a Ryzen build as ittl last a while and since im finishing school soon I wont have any issues with wanting a new pc.

My first issue is that I hate large PCs and I have a very little amount of space, and I have boxes of stuff blocking some ventilation holes.

My budget is maximum £1000, and i preferably want a Ryzen 7 and a high end GPU, and 16Gb of Ram, but everything else, can be cheaped out on, but obviously still of a reputable brand (dont include storage, OS or perhiperals)

While I can find good PCs im not good when it comes to cooling and want to know if I can build a small form factor PC thats still powerful.

Thanks,
Samuel

Went slightly over the budget but here's something to consider:

Very compact build with 2nd gen Ryzen 5 (6C/12T), 16GB 3200MHz RAM and a 1070. B350 boards may need BIOS update to support 2nd gen Ryzen.

Few words
Put in Ryzen 7 as requested. Also downsized the build a lot to be compatible with the little space you have for PC. Those include mini-ITX MoBo with wi-fi support, SFX PSU and mini-ITX PC case. Case comes with 1x 140mm fan and has room for up to 3x 120/140mm fans,
case specs: http://www.phanteks.com/Enthoo-Evolv-Shift.html

If you were to go with cheaper CPU, e.g Ryzen 5 1600, then you can make it under 1000 quid.
