I can post a picture later but I recently downloaded some software. I guess there was some malware in it because right after I downloaded it, it changed all of my settings and made me a none admin. I restored my computer and thought I had got rid of it but nope. Now when ever I boot up right after the bios I get a small grey smiley rectangle face in the lower left cornoer... HELP!!!

Solution
Only way to fix it is a fresh install of windows 10. It is a virus, not malware.

On another PC, download win 10 from here and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB or DVD: win 10 media creation tool

you can try to rescue documents using this: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/use-ubuntu-live-cd-to-backup-files-from-your-dead-windows-computer/

once you saved anything you think isn't infected, change boot order in pc so USB is first and follow this: http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/1950-windows-10-clean-install.html

when you get to screen asking for licence, click either "I don't have a key" or Skip, and Win 10 will activate itself on install...

when you get to screen asking for licence, click either "I don't have a key" or Skip, and Win 10 will activate itself on install. When you upgraded you got a digital entitlement to win 10 on that pc so anytime you reinstall it will auto activate

Once win 10 installed, put on a good antivirus program and scan the files you saved so that you don't get infected again. Also might want to run malwarebytes as well
