Small matx case

Looking for the smallest possible mATX that will fit my R9 270 Windforce 254mm (10 inch) GPU and CX-750M (3.39" x 5.91" x 6.30") PSU.

Additional considerations:
- Should be as quite as possible
- Good airflow or ability to fit a small cpu water cooler such as H60
- Doesn't need much space for hard drives (I currently only have an 850 evo ssd)
- I don't plan to install an optical drive
