Small mATX Case

I am looking for a mATX case that's less than 5" thick and either no PSU or one with over 400w. Something like the Silverstone RVZ01b but mATX.

You didn't say whether you needed accommodation for a full size card so if that's not important, check out SilverStone's ML03 as well.

What are you going to put in it? A GPU that fits will be a challenge.

Is 5" an absolute max, or could you go a little wider?

Apevia makes some HTPC cases about 5.5" wide
