Small over clock

Would I be able to overclock a i5 2500k With this cooler? A little overclock. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA1GK34G9856&cm_re=1155_heatsink-_-9SIA1GK34G9856-_-Product my price range is 20 dollars for a cooler. If you have any suggestions.

try overclocking it under that first. keep it under 85 and your good. most coolers at that price wont give a improvement over stock
