The Thermaltake V200 is an ATX case. The BitFenix Whisper is an ATX power supply.

DIY machines use standard parts. Cases use either ATX, SFX or Flex ATX power supplies.

The only time you get in the weeds is if you're trying to put a power supply in a Dell Optiplex or trying to put a Lenovo motehrboard in an ATX case.
