Small question about which CPU cooler is better for the I7 7700K

So i currently have the 212 EVO on my i5 7600. Im going to be upgrading to a 7700k. Im currently on a laminate floor in a big room. Where ill be moving my computer after the upgrade to a small room on carpet flooring. So i was thinking whilst upgrading my CPU i may as well look into upgrading my CPU cooler to a liquid cooler. Im either going to keep my current 212 Evo or upgrade to the 240 Cooler master lite. Obviously though with the new room id be putting my computer in im worried about not getting enough fresh air, so this is why im looking at liquid cooling.

i7 8700k for sure is faster,

i7 8700/i5 8600k is same level, and depends on the application you run, 7700k can be faster or slower.
