Small Raid question

Hi

Ive just set up a new Raid 1 configeration using 2 x Seatgate 120Gb SATA drives. Both drives appear during boot-up, but Win XP only lists one in Device Manager and Disk Managment. Is this correct or should it show both drives?

It shows as a single HDD, totalling 120G[mirrored] if it was RAID 0 it would total 240G.

[Crashman]

Raid one makes a backup of one drive to the other. So only 1 drive shows up. You get no performance gain but if one drive fails the array can operate off the other.
