[SOLVED] Small resolution icons

I have a 4k screen on my laptop but when i have it on the windows recommended resolution settings, the icons bar on programs such as steam is really small. And also the start up menu in some games is really samll. Any idea on how to fix this?

i have a 4k screen but running at 150% scaling in Display settings, so its only actually displaying as 2k, this works for most programs on desktop outside of 1 or 2 like Logitech Gaming Software which I almost need a magnifying glass to use.

That is one solution, it may not be what you want though.
