small size graphics card

i need a small size high end graphics card for small case

Need a bit more information, I'm afraid. By small size, do you mean low profile? Low wattage? Answer the following:
1) Make and model of the motherboard
2) Case
3) make and model of the power supply

What about zotac? They have small cards.

Either way, I'd be hesitant to recommend a high-end card without knowing the make/model of PSU he has at least.

At the moment the shortest performance card that I know of is the following MSI Radeon HD 7850 OC 2GB for $150 after rebate. It is just shy of 8" long.
