Question Small speaker with aux under 40 dollars

I am looking for a small speaker that is Ruggedized , small, has a aux port, that is loud, good quality, that won't break easily. I am hoping for it to be portable, and be able to buy it on amazon. I am hoping to have it be easy to use for the most basic knowledge person. Aux port, and built in battery are a must. Bluetooth is a plus.

If you can go up a bit in price, I recently heard the Altec Lansing portables and they were very good for the money. Full sound Altec Lansing IMW577 and they are on sale at Amazon for $50, which is a very good price for those.
