small suggestion for a future forum upgrade

I'm thinking it would be hugely beneficial if all posters entered their country. Then display that underneath the poster's avatar. It would simplify so many instances of providing an answer and getting a response of "Well, I live in XYZ and things here are different.:

Many times it is relevant to answers but posters omit to supply that information.

I agree, but still if some %age do, then better quality responses will be forthcoming. Less confusion. Good thing for Tom's no?

Somewhere in your profile, there's the option to put these in. However, the new forum software doesn't seem to actually allow you to view them...

Country flags is an oldie but a goodie, and still on the wishlist of requested features. But much obliged for bringing it to the forefront again!
