Question Small white lines appearing on display?

So I just noticed these small white lines on the left side of my monitor. The picture shows the most prominent one shaped like an "L" however, above it is these smaller spec like ones. I have no idea what this is or what could be the cause could be. They are really small, but quite noticeable at the same time. The monitor is Asus ROG Swift PG279Q 27"
Any help would be appreciated!

Have you tried a diffrent monitor, try that monitor on a deffrent pc? Just to check, what is the cause. Gpu or monitor. Diffrent cable from gpu to monitor?
