Small wireless network without Internet access

I have a situation whereby I have three laptops and a wireless printer in an enclosed space, about 10' x 10'. I want to set up a network where each laptop can print. We don't expect and queing problems. Can anyone suggest a way to do this?

just use a wireless router and setup the wireless security WPA2

I forgot to mention that I don't have internet access in this space where I need the wireless network. It is located in a large vehicle and only has line voltage available. Can I still set up a wireless network without Internet access?
