Smaller Laptop Good for Programming Under 400$

How's it going guys! I understand there are quite a few threads about good programming laptops on a budget but couldn't find any that take into consideration size and portability. Does anyone know of any laptops preferably 13 inch or smaller that are good for programming under $400? Thank so for the help!

They are all good for programing you just need as good or better than programs you are going to write so you can do proper debugging and testing.
