Smallest Battery PC with Large Memory

What is the smallest, battery powered Windows-comparable PC that can host 32GB of RAM & USB3 ports?

I drive astro cameras (ZWO ASI183s using SharpCap for Windows) at 300+f/s, buffering full frames into RAM for subsequent storage: the more RAM the better. No real need for GPU, especially as such would eat up the battery.

Battery PC as in a laptop? Or do you want to stick a computer on a big UPS setup?

Do a search on Amazon, Newegg, etc.. for laptops with 32 GB of RAM and see what you like. Anything modern will have USB3 ports.
