Smallest case for water cooled ASRock X99E-ITX/ac (not for gaming)

I am running a project where we need to run a XEON E5-2699 v3 inside the smallest possible case. I have already researched and found the ASRock X99E-ITX/ac as the best (only?) choice for the motherboard. The motherboard comes with a low profile cooling "block" but we would prefer to run with water cooling (unless there are other suggestions) in order to keep the noise down.

The ASRock X99E-ITX/ac also comes with a water cooling adapter which is matched to Cooler Master's Seidon 120V Plus so this is probably the logical choice for cooling.

We don't need a graphics card so the PCIe slots will be left vacant.

I have found a mountain of cases that will do the job but ALL of them have large spaces allocated for Graphics cards which we don't need.

Any suggestions/recommendations for the smallest possible Mini-ITX case to match these requirements would be most welcome.

All of them are very cheap, so at that price size doesn't really matter.

Thanks for all those options. The size of these cases are too big for the requirement. We really are looking for something like the Silverstone Sugo SG13 only smaller because we don't need a graphics card.
