Smallest case to fit mini GPU ? (GTX 1050 TI mini)

I am looking for a case, for mini ITX motherboard and that can fit mini GPU ? (GTX 1050 TI mini)
Which is the smallest one ? I want to make a steam PC and the cases that fit full-size GPU seem to waste a bit of space for me.
I would like one that fits extremely tight without extra room and I am seriously thinking to build it from scratch unless there is something
And should fit the slim power supplies like 1U size for servers, the external ones are not a great solution :/

Is it to fit a small space?
