Hey guys, I'm not well informed of many hardware solutions out there so I'm posting here.
I would like a really cheap desktop to run League of Legends at a stable 60 FPS on low settings.
That, and I would like it to be cheap and as portable as possible. A laptop is out of the question because its performance is poor compared to the dollar amount you pay. I'd like to take this machine to friend's houses as it's basically the only online game we play.

I feel like an APU is my best bet to go, but which one should be used along with what MOBO and PSU? If you have a completely different idea, I'm all ears.

TL;DR: I want a really(really) small and portable desktop to play LoL

Solution
the smallest desktop to run LoL would be one with the most basic specs needed to run it so:
Minimum System Requirements:

CPU: 2 GHz processor

1 GB RAM (Windows Vista and 7 users will want 2 GB of RAM or more)

VGA: Shader version 2.0 capable video card

DX: Support for DirectX v9.0c or better

Windows XP, Windows Vista, or Windows 7. (Note: Mac OS and Linux are not currently supported.)

HDD: 8 GB available hard disk space

as for running at 60fps low settings I would go for the following build:

let me know if I missed anything and what your budget is!
there are very little benchmark of league of legends, so its hard to know what hardware it need, i bet a dualcore cpu is enough, maybe AMD A10-6790K Black Edition or AMD A10-7850K Black Edition, its cheap and got some ok performance,
surely someone in here got some personal experience answer soon.

case is easier, Cooler Master Elite 120 Mini or BitFenix Prodigy Mini
