I recently built a new computer. Important specs down below:
MSI B450 Gaming plus max
Ryzen 5 3600
Gigabyte Geforce RTX 2070 SUPER GAMING OC 3X 8G
At first my computer would constantly crash when loading up windows and after some testing disabling and enabling softwares in safemode I had come to the conclusion it was because two overclocking softwares, namely "Aorus engine" and "Xtreme engine" because one wished to overclock and the other didn't. Uninstalling these two seemed to solve the problem but after that I still wished to maximize by cranking the max temp and power limit. However, as soon as I set these on MSI afterburner my screen freezes and I have no choice but to restart, to find these settings never were applied. I'm not really sure what to do now. Another thing that confused me is that on Heaven benchmark it was my graphics clock is at 2145 Mhz? On MSI it says 1605 Mhz and the card itself is supposed to have a base clock of 1805 since it comes pre-overclocked. Any help on what to do would be immensely appreciated!
