Sata2 Hard Disk: S.M.A.R.T. Command Failed

i have install a sata-III wd 3tb blue hdd port no 2 on motherboard

This looks pretty concerning for your WD Blue! 🙁 I'd strongly recommend you to try to access your files on the HDD and back them up somewhere else as soon as possible. Once you have them safe and sound, use WD's Data LifeGuard Diagnostics for Windows to check up on the health and SMART status by running the QUICK and EXTENDED tests from the utility.

I'd also suggest you try swapping the SATA cable that is connecting the HDD with a different one and also attempt to plug it in another SATA port on the motherboard. Check how it will get recognized by the system afterwards.
